Guest：The room was beautiful and the main building was good breakfast and the staff were really attentive. We were given a room in the Annexe building which was about a 4 minute walk from the main hotel. It was basically hotel rooms in an apartment in a building. It was a strange set up. There wasn’t a kettle in the room which I assumed would be standard. The hotel didn’t have any options to order a drink or anything. There was a sign for a garden in the main hotel so we thought we would go and read for an hour before our evening meal out however it was a small terrace with metal seats so it wasn’t comfortable and we got bitten so many times in the garden which we didn’t realise for a few hours. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
Guest：The hotel was a pleasure to visit and stay I was not in the main building but where I was like Romeo and Juliet, Picture perfect. The gardens was beautiful and watered daily. The room was lovely and had air conditioning that was amazing in August. The bathroom shower was powerful and the bathroom and room was very clean. Breakfast had a large selection and was very fresh and tasty. The staff mad our stay, they was so helpful and full of knowledge of Rome. They was one gentleman a Sicilian man who works on front desk was extremely polite and very friendly and approachable he went above and beyond for me and my father. He advised on great locations to eat and even was helping use with our pronunciation of our Italian. He was so happy and deserves a medal with me and my fathers map reading. The other staff was also very welcoming and extremely polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here great for travel and local shops, we would definitely visit again.
Guest：We were booked to stay in the annexe but to our surprise we were actually in the hotel. It was a lovely hotel with lovely outdoor seating and outdoor area for breakfast. Staff were great and very helpful. We felt very comfortable here after only one day. Rooms were clean and tidy and room service was great. Will definitely come back to this lovely hotel.
Guest：They didnt honor the 12Eur credit. The room was cold as they didnt activate the heating.
